Status not update as 3 months installments paid

Good day,
I have applied in December and got loan and paid 3 months installments as system required. Now there is a flag 362 on my name. I have paid on time in full for 3 months now they cant remove the flag after saying status has been updated on ITC (sending sms's). I am really in need for a loan, please assist me in this regards.
