A VERY STANDARD BANK - WITHOUT PREJUDICE

I was a client of STD Bank for many years, my personal and company accounts were all with STD bank up until 2mths ago, i have not had a chance to write this complaint as i have been so busy transferring all my accounts over to FNB, this complaint has been on my mind for some time now and i cannot let this go. After going through my old bank records, once again i am reminded and shocked at how much STD Bank has been charging me for bank fees over the years and giving very little back to their loyal customer. I should have moved across to FNB a long time ago, i could have paid off a few new cars literally with the bank fees and charges i have been paying STD over the years, Ive been paying between R 800.00- R 1500.00 A month with STD on all types of charges. At least with FNB their is rewards, such extremely low monthly fees, percentages back on fuel and of course e-bucks. I find FNB 'S technology far superior and internet banking has never been better. STD bank must really take note of changing times as their are many of us who feel the same way, they are 150 years old, surely they should know what is going on out their, instead of just charging and carrying on as they please.
