A pry on the uneducated

I suspended my son's dream maker policy due to the fact that i can't make payment. On the 4th April nedlife said it will deposit the money at night. Since i was not notified, i went on the 7th to check. I received R1200 and didn't know that it was more than i was suppose to get. On the 8th they debites R600 and when i asked why, they said they credited my account twice. I had already withdrawn the money so it reverses with a R120 fine. What i don't understand is why am i charged the R120 for a mistake that is not mine? No consultant answers me on that point.please help me Pete
