I just went into my cheque account and found that Regent Wanted to Debit me a R59.50 on a policy that I have no knowledge off and affected my account costing me to be charged for dis-hornered debit. I called the call centre and they telling me I signed up for a policy in Nevember and requested for the debit orders to take place every 15th on the month. I called them to complain & they told me why didnt I complain when the first debit went off. I told the woman if I knew about it then I would have but now it I pressumed it was the policy that I have with Regent that normally takes R63.00 a month. I told the woman who ever loaded this policy did it without my permission and if this is how they treat customer complaints after I've had a policy with them for almost 10 yrs. I want this investigated and appropiate action be taken against the person that falsely loaded my so called personal & accidental death policy. all I want is the last month's premium to be reversed and this and this R114.00 bank charge for dishonorned debit order to be credit back to my account and they should look into their new policies. have a supervisor call all the new policy clients to confirm if they accept
