To date No manager or consultant has contacted me, as stated on my complaint of 28 March and the response that was posted by Dial Direct. Pathetic service by a company who values its name in the insurance industry... two weeks and no managers available to call a client... sjoe... but for increase on the policy then everyone will hound you by sms, e-mail, postage and phone.
