I would like to place praise Doreen Duba and Adri Van Der Westhuizen at the FNB branch in Gardens. They really made a situation better.

I had a horrific experience at the Vangate FNB and decided to cancel my application. I then went to the Gardnes branch months later and received exemplary customer service that has restored my faith in your institution. Those two individuals are definitely an asset to your company.
