Tombstone miscontructuion

Following up on previous complaint, still nothing done to head of stone. on the 7/4 done unveilling and were holding our fingures crossed for it not be shaken and fall down. Anybody can just lift stone head and take it away for resell. Called Yolanda and was handed over to receptionist informing me that still waiting for other stone parts to arrive as warehouse cant move from EC to WC for just one stone. If ever again will recommend Avbob to anybody as already having second thoughts with keeping funeral policy with them now. terrible service and hope the franchisor deals with franchisee as this is very bad reputation for the company. before laying first complaint, she told me all was proper, warehouse had been there and saw nothing wrong. Too much lack of biz ethics, saw for myself.
