On the 11 February I received an SMS stating that a transaction was approved for R1375.24 for a company called Nathans Natural. I was at home when I received this sms. I immediately contacted FNB Frauds department and they blocked my card and opened up a case. I was told to go to my closest branch and have them fill out the dispute form and issue me a new card. The same day I went to the branch, I signed the dispute documents and applied for a new card. A couple of days later the purchase was not honored and the charge was reversed.
Today I received an sms stating that my account is in excess of R1500.00, again a purchase at Nathans Natural was honored for R1375.24. I called the frauds department again and was informed it was the previous purchase that has now been honored because they have not received the dispute form. Why I am being held accountable for the negligence of the branch. I was then told they would email me the form which I can send through myself. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE FORM. Funds will soon be deposited into my account for a deposit on a place. If this funds are not reversed soon I will be without a place to live. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP.
