Bad Customer Service at KC!!!

A purchase was made on my Edgars account at a CNA branch which I never made. This incident occurred after I made a purchase on my account at the Claremont branch using my drivers licence as I did not have my card with me at the time. My card was subsequently blocked on that day and a purchase made the next Saturday at CNA Blue Route. Inside job?? how else could this happen?? I logged a dispute at the KC branch by filling in a lengthy dispute form..needed an affidavit stating that the CNA purchase was not made by myself which i provided to the customer care consultant... 2 months later NO dispute has ever been logged with the disputes dept!! they advise me to call the KC branch... and try calling the KC branch!! NO ONE picks up!!! I got through eventually and asked to speak to the manager (prolly 10 calls over 2 days, and someone actually picked up..I spoke to Gus, the assistant manager who promised to call me back ASAP... a week later, NO RESPONSE!!! I'm soo closing this account!! Absolute bad service! I've escalated my issue to 2 edgars email addresses I could find, and what a surprise!!! NO RESPONSE!!! Customer focus aint the order of their day, clearly! So done with Edgars!
