On 2008, I applied for debt review and STD bank was notified about this matter and this account were paid through PDA as arrangement with her debt counsellor, until 2012 when I voluntarily withdrawn from the second process but did not stop paying monthly.By the time joining debt review the overdraft amount was about R23000, today received a call from Newtons attorneys that I owe R37000.00, I was devastated to hear that, what happened to money which has been into the account since 2008.I will appreciate STD bank if they can solve this matter with me amicably cause since last year 2012 I have been trying negotiate with the branch but nobody assisted me.
