Staff has facrs incorrect

I refer to my complain on this site on the 7/1/13
Firstly no one at ebucks had the decency to call me
Secondly they have there facts wrong I am not Querying points that were suppose to be earned but to much points were allocated on a purchase

THIS COMPANY IS TOTALLY USELESS AND IF NO ONE BOTHER TO CALL ME TO SORT THIS OUT I WILL SPEAK TO DIRECTORS
