Alance not decreasing

African bank did vehicle finance for me ON which they gave 45000 in 2011/11/30, my installment 2198.07, neva missed a pyemnt ever!! to date my balance is 35080.80, .this is day light rip off, ..y are my payments not making a diference on my capital balance, while i understand that there are intrest charges this is way too much, banks like africn bank are a total rip off and .my closing balance for march was 35973, closing balance for april is 35080.80, with an isntallment of 2198.07??? come on, ..even a blind aman can see this is!!!..im sick of paying and not getting anywhere, .i need someone to attend to thism, as no one would like to work in vain!!!
