I am still waiting for someone to call me and explain why i received an sms last month saying i was suppose to pay R265? a detailed sms showing my Balance, Instalment and total Due for March was sent to me from African Bank! as i expected a debit of R265, 00 as per the sms, i was surprised to see something different.

I phoned African Bank today, and was put on hold for 21 minutes till my airtime finished off, and i was not assisted. please help!

I have a family problem this month, i was requesting a break of April month, i need African Bank to skip a debit of April and Add 1 month to my total Months left. Please, this will be very kind of you guys.

there was a funeral of my uncle, it stripped off all i had, so this is gonna be hectic because i also have to Pay off the University balance to avoid my graduation being postponed to until next year May.
