SETTLEMENT IS INSANE

I took out an african bank loan of R8000.00 FOR 24 MONTHS i have never missed a payment for 13months
thus far and my total contributions exceed R8000 HOWEVER i do understand that there will be a certain amount of intrest that i will be liable for if i settle early, but this morning
i spoke to an agent and said the settlement figure is R5000 this is insane
how can intrest be so much taking seriously into consideration ive never missed a payment
for 13 months i called their complaints team on 0115647373
they dont answer their phones ive left messages and still no response, THIS IS A RIP OFF
i am going to file as many complaints about this complany as i can and will alert people of this exploitation
and i will escalate this matter legally should i not recieve a reduced sensible settlement
MY MOBILE STATEMENT GIVES ME AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE OF R4915 HOW CAN MY BALANCE BE LESS THAN THE SETTLEMENT I SAVED THE SMS
THIS IS INSANE WHO PAYS 5000 FOR INTREST I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE IN MY EXPIRIENCES SEEN SUCH A COMPANY THAT REQUESTS SO MUCH
I STILL CANT BELIEVE, THIS IS NONSENSE
IM HIGHLY IRRATE AND I WANT THIS TO BE RE-CALCULATED ASAP IM MORE THAN WILLING TO GO TO COURT
