Think twice before you use "windscreen direct"

I submitted a claim at the beginning of July 2013 through Budget Insurance. The claim to replace my windscreen was approved on the same day - now almost 2 months later, still no windscreen! The first time, they brought the wrong windscreen, the second appointment, they forgot the moulding, and the third time they did not bother to pitch up at all. Not to mention, the numerous calls I have made to follow up and the time taken off work to patiently wait for them, only to realise, no SHOW! Why do we as citizens of this country put up with this - stop using them, shut them down!
