First For Women Insurance
Complaints fall on deaf ears!!!

This insurance is pathetic after 4 legitimate claims my insurance was canceled due to me being a high risk. None of those claims where related to anything that I caused they where all beyond my control and I though that was what insurance was for. My last claim which they accepted just before canceling my policy. They still have not completed this claim and we are now going on 2 months after the fact. This is my second complaint with hellopeter, with the first complaint they said they would reconsider the cancellation and contact me which they never did and they said the assessor for my claim would contact me which she has not and she is impossible to get hold of. She is not taking any of my calls or calling me back. Because of first for woman I know cannot find insurance for my home and car as no one will insure someone who has had their insurance canceled. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to have to take further action with the ombudsman and maybe even 702 and the consumer complaints commission. If you read this rather spend more money on another insurance that can be trusted!!!
