No feedback on approved insurance claim

I was mugged a while back and put through my claim, this was on 18/10/2013 i was then advised that my claim has been approved and the company will get back to me shortly, i have been waiting on them since.
I have send multiple emails to their claims department [Email Removed] however no one gets back to me. I have also on multiple occasions called 011 375 1888 only to be put through to the mobility 24 and they put me on hold for more then 15 minutes just to be told that they are still trying to get hold of the manufacturer. This has been the worst experience ever i have on multiple occasions advised Shamel (agent on my claim case) that I used my laptop for work related issues but all that fall into deaf ears. I have contacted and emailed them and it does not help...
