Waiting for a speedpoint machine for 3 weeks now

I have been phone every week at least twice a week since 25 March for a sales consultant to contact me regarding a new speedpoint machine but know body has contacted be back as yet. I have left so many messages and each time they say they can only email the department for me and that there are no contact numbers for them. Now how are you suppose to get anywhere if you have to work with a middleman that cant even do the job properly!
My business as been open for just over a week now and I need to get the machine pronto.
