Treaten to blacklist me for their mistakes

Ive opened a current account and apply for a speedpoint machine to be installed about 5 years ago, the machine was never installed but they debited my account for years for the service fee, this account went into overdraft due to the fact that is was opened mainly for the use of the speedpoint machine. Since then their legal department treaten to blacklist me and to phone my employer. The ladies from the legal department that phone me weekly have no clue what the case is about, every time I have to explain that they cannot expect me to pay for services that was not delivered they promise to look into the matter and come back to me, this never happen, the next week a different person will phone me and then the whole story starts all over again, Ive asked them on several occasions to take me to court so I can explain to the judge my side, because Nedbank's legal department don't listen to me, but that they also don't understand.
