USELESS!!!

I had R125.00 worth of ABSA rewards and on the 28/02/2013 i called the call centre to have my points credited to my money builder account and due to an incompetent call centre agent my money was credited to my 32 day notice account since the 28th of February i have been calling the call centre every week to rectify their misake to no avail!!! i am so frustrated & irriated with ABSA i have been given reference numbers for my query FOR WHAT because nobody at ABSA has given me he courtesy of a call back or follow up on my query is it because its only R120.00??? Really not intereseted in anybody callimg me im done with this bank will be closing my accounts with immediate effect.
