Trying to get bank details sorted

It has been reported by several people the way Compushare will not accept payments into joint accounts. After being told it cannot be done and we threatened to take this further we received an agreement from Compushare. As per the mail we were told to complete the contract and return the signed document. This we did. We were then told to deliver the orignal document as the scanned document is not accepted. We then travelled from Nelspruit to hand deliver this document. They will not accept this document. Suddenly they need id's and a letter from the. Bank. It seems to me they deliberately don't want to help a person.
