INCREASE ON PREMIUMS OF 35% WITHOUT NOTIFICATIONS

I HAVE A CAR ONLY INSURANCE WITH MUTUAL & FEDERAL AND THE PREMIUMS WAS SET ON R605.00 PER MONTH. SUDDENLY I HAVE NOTICED THAT IN AUGUST 2013 THEY HAVE DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE AMMOUNT OF R940.00 WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION TO INFORM ME. THEN I HAVE NOTICED THAT MUTUAL & FERERAL DEBITED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN IN SEPTEMBER 2013 WITH THE AMMOUNT OF R920.00. I HAVE NOTIFIED THE AGENT RESPOSIBLE FOR LOOKING AFTER MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS HIGHLY UPSET ABOUT THIS AND SAID HERSELF THAT THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FROM MUTUAL & FEDERAL WITHOUT INFORMING THE AGENTS AND THEIR EXISTING CLIENTS!!!
WHEN I PHONE MUTUAL & FEDRAL'S CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY CANNOT CHANGE IT BACK TO THE OLD PERMIUM AND THIS IS JUST HOW IT WORKED AND THEY COULD DO NOTHING ABOUT IT AND THAT I HAVE A CHOICE OF EITHER CANCEL OR PAY THE HIGH PREMIUM.
I PERSONALLY FEEL THAT THIS EXTEREMELY HIGH INCREASE SHOULD HAVE ONLY APPLIED TO NEW CLIENTS AND NOT EXISTING CLIENTS!!!
IT IS NOT THE EXISTING CLIENTS PROBLEM OR FAULT THAT THE COMPANY DID NOT MAKE ANY PROFIT IN THE PAST 3 YEARS!!!
