Claim not being dealt with - at least 5 months

I was in an accident in June 2012. Lodged a claim (Nr 828332639-5), after being told wait for 3rd party to claim against me (it was their fault). Eventually they did, and I emailed all information through to Barbara in Jhb. I have in the meanwhile been contacted by the 3rd partys lawyers demanding payment. When I phoned a month ago it seemed nothing has been done on this claim YET! I try to get through to them but I get put on hold and eventually cut off. PATHETIC SERVICE, which may just cost ME MONEY!!!
