Refund of my excess from Motor Vehicle Accident

Last year (June 1 2012), I was involved in Motor vehicle accident and my car was written off. Thank I did not sustain any serious injuries. After a couple of misfortunes with my previous short-term insurers, I developed a nagging belief that insurance companies are always armed with a with a reasonable explanation/loophole that will make sure that eventually lose money - let alone receive payment of excess from a 3rd party claim. My claim with Dial Direct changed my perception completely. My claim was settled on time, refund was paid to my account and I could put down a deposit on my new car- I was back on the road in no time.

I am not taking anything from other Dial Direct employees, they are good people who do their job very well, but I just wanna single out Phumela Nkumbi as the one lady who helped me feel as ecstatic as I do today. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you Sisi for all your efforts in expediting the refund of my excess from the third party. You gave me always anopen and honest feedback, always friendly and empathetic. The heavens have lost an angel, and it's you GIRL!!! Keep up the good work.
