Does anyone work at Maravedi at all?

I've spent 52 minutes trying to get through to someone at accounting to change the duration of my payment plan, but 52 minutes later from either holding for minutes just to be disconnected or just receiving silence when answered... Really, is this how a company works these days?? I have just spent near an hour and no closer to being helped and just spent who knows how much on shared call rates and time trying to do a really simple task... I should stop paying all together, that somehow always triggers responses... Also, I have not received a monthly statement since January 2013... It's now 8th of April 2013... each time I have to phone them just to find out how much I owe, each time takes forever, some days I just give up... Like today...
