I have to take this opportunity to thank Brink Mazibuko. The past week I have been shunted from one department to another hoping to get some information from One Plan. First, I did not send proof of purchase, then I haven't paid my medical aid for December etc etc. I finally got hold of Mr Mazibuko, who was absolutely fantastic. He was competent, friendly, empathetic and he resolved my queries in a matter of an hour. Twinkle, Twinkly Brink, One Plan should be extremely proud to have a member of staff who goes the extra mile for it's clients. Well Done!
