Once again standard bank has proven that they are still trailing behind other banks when it comes to innovation in the banking sector.
To still be put through to a machine and listen to music for hours is taking us back to the stone age when it comes to service.
How can I stay insured with a company that I can never get a hold of. What's the point spending hundreds of rands in insurance when you have to also spend hundreds of rands trying to contact them.
Today 17 December 2013 I have spent at 10:00am I spent 53 minutes on hold. 11:30 I spent 45 minutes. 14:00 I spent another 45 minutes. I am now holding on for 28 minutes at 15:45 whilst I type this. I give up. I must now go back to the stone age of working and find out where this division is and drive there to had deliver my documents that were requested. Can't wait to move away from this bank for good.
Can someone senior grow a brain and actually make the decision to hire more staff if need be for a period when things are busy. Instead of pushing your clients away.
