I purchased a blackberry Z10 via FNB and it was delivered on Friday 05/04/2013, The phone does not pick up the mobile network, been trying to get a hold of the relevant department and keep getting numbers I should call and when I do thats not the correct department! I had to do a sim swop as this phone takes a micro sim and now my phone has been off since Friday due to this faulty product. The customer service.
