On the 04/03/2013 i reported to auto and general the damages of my car and they came and towed the car, and was told it has to be assesed and the turn around time is going to be three days. The three days went by without an answer and i called and was told the assesment takes up to ten working days, an unpleasent answer. i then received a call after complaining on A & G website and was also allocated a vehicle repairs consultant (eunice) that she will call me every tuesday on the update of the repairs on my damaged car 14/03/2013. i have only spoken once to eunice and all i have heard via sms is that they are currently waiting for parts. i have also called A & G to find out that once the claim is being approved how long does it take to fix my car. the agent just confirmed it take 7 working days for drivable cars and 12 for non drivable cars.but didn't give clarity whether this is from the date of claim or approval date of the assesment. If i calculate the days A & G is out of service level agreement from date of claim and if i calculate from date of approval of assesment A & G is out of service level agreement. frustating enough is that i always have to call to get information.
