Money debited and no follow up service

I applied for a debt consolidation loan with Legal loans 18 March. On 25 March money was debited from account for the admin fee. I have yet to hear about my application and it is 7 April.

I was told there is a 92% success rate and I pre-qualified for a loan of R60 000, however I said I would only need R45000 to pay off my debt.

Please let me know what has happened.
