Extreme service charge

I exchanged USD back to SA Rands and had to pay R115 service fee. I went to FNB and asked what the service fee would be for the same transaction ---- R65!! How is it possible for one bank to deliver the same service at 43% cheaper than Absa? I think it is a disgrace and really time for me to change to a different bank.
