No feedback from forensics on illegal withdraws

I went to ABSA on the morning of the 9th of January 2013 to file a case for forensics for, as R4000 was illegally withdrawn from my savings account on the 3rd with my card being in my own possetion. I only noticed it on the 9th after logging on to my internet banking. The staff at ABSA was not very compasionate and didnt see the severity of the situation. I was not supplied with the case nr before my departure there. Only after visiting another absa branch (as the first branch could not stop my card as they didndt have stock) and enquiring on the procedure and after they had phoned the initial branch only about and hour later did the absa branch phone me with my case nr. To date I have yet to receive any further feedback from absa on my case. My money needs to be refunded ASAP, because its needed to pay my UNISA registration fees. I feel the service from absa is extremely poor as it seems they dont care to inform their clients on the progress of their cases.
