Pathetic service

I spoke to the most incompetent staff ever in my life, Anna and Chris are but just a few, they are liars, Incompetent they confirm incorrect details and when i call now those details are suddenly incorrect but they have been confirming them all along and they put you on hold forever, even if you are in trouble and need money i suggest the bank, believe me you will be sorry for using these people/company. Pathetic service
