I am not at all impressed by the service I have received thus far from Woolworths regarding my insurance. I had a fire in my home last night and all I want to do is report the claim and get forms to fill in. This has been almost impossible. Tried more than seven times to contact the claims department today. Dialed 0860105560 and was told each time to hold on for claims - waited indefinitely - 19 minutes the one call - but nobody reverts to you and nobody answers in claims. Eventually an operator by the name of Moosa answered my call - and AGAIN tried to put me through to claims - this time he did revert to me - to tell me that "they are not answering. From my side I don't know what to do"!!! If he does not know what to do and he works there I wonder how I am supposed to know what to do? And this is just to get the forms - I can imagine the scenario when I try and get the claim paid out! What a disaster. I then asked Moosa to put me through to his Senior. "What" he replied... I am amazed - he did not know what a senior was - I had to tell him - your boss, someone above you, the person you report to... What a joke!

I eventually got through to Vernon
