My father suffered damage to his building last week due to a storm. I am battling since then just to be able to speak to someone to report the incident. Nobody is answering their phones and I have gone through 2 call centre numbers already. Holding on for 30 minutes is a waste of my time. When I get the option to leave a message the mailbox is full... I eventually tried to log the claim on their website, but they do not cater for building claims. I eventually selected another option just to get a claim in. Ref. 16905. An sms informs me that someone will contact me in 2 days. I cannot wait for another 2 days for someone to do their job. Please get in contact with me today still as it is unbelievable that one has to struggle like this just to report a claim!! I fear what the rest of the process will be like. This is now your opportunity to change the situation around. Let's see if you are up to it?
