Please keep to your promises

I signed up with you last month,
you promised to put R500 into my account if I sign someone else up,
you promised to do this when their first debit order comes off,
that person signed up and the debit order has come off about 2 weeks ago,
you personally promised me that I would receive the R500
I phoned yesterday to ask why I did not receive the R500,
I was told to send email and I would receive a call me very shortly.
It was been well over 24 hours now since I sent the email, I did receive a notice that the email was received, yet I have received no phone call.
I phoned just now to cancel my insurance, the lady put me through to someone who would help me, but after a long wait on the phone I am tired of waiting to do the same calling in procedure which I did yesterday just to be told to send an email again.
Please contact me urgently, I am in financial trouble now after budgeting according to your false promises and I'm loosing money daily because of it.
Myself and the person I signed up want to leave this insurance company because it's so untrustworthy, please prove us wrong.
