No feedback on phone more than a month

I took out insurance through Autopage the day I signed a new contract. The phone was a month ago and I reported it immediately. I was informed that there was no insurance on the system but if I can send through the docs that I signed there shouldn't be a problem. I've since emailed the original signed forms numerous times. All I get is an automated response. When I call the call-center I have to explain the whole story and everyone promises to get get back to me. Nobody does. The original email I sent contained the signed contract and an addendum that stated that I want insurance. All these pages was in a single PDF file. Someone at Autopage did not do their job to activate the insurance. I forwarded the original email between me and the sales agent that included this file to Autopage. I have asked many times that someone call me because the telephone agents just makes a note and leave it there. The last 2 times I was put through from one person to the next and each knows as little as the other and each time they conveniently cut me off after 20min on the phone. I have complained on Autopage's website only to receive an automated response. I need this resolved ASAP.
