Hi on the 19th of march, there was a break in at my house. My kitchen door and gate was damaged. I contacted SA home loan insurance.they did send some contractor to do temporary repairs on the same day. an assessor came over the next day and told me that the door needs replacing and the gate need to be repaired. to this date i am not getting any response from SA home loan insurance.the person handling this claim is Nicole Brijlal. every time i tried to call she was not available., even tried to e mail her she also did not respond .claim no is 973220.

please help me in getting some response from as my gate is not fixed as yet.
