WHO CAN HELP OR DONT NEDBANK CALL BACK

I am trying to do once of payment to a pre load bank on the system. I am getting an error code since two days ago. I called the called and was advise to call back because they call cleints back. The reason for the call back is I am using a Nokia 610 which is not on the new system, I need to turn the phone off the get the pin number and I just just told sorry call back with the details??? please NED BANK what is happing to your services???
