He was involved in accident and was not at fault in this. Outsurance send out a lady from SIAS (Manda) to investigate. I was at home and was called in for this. She even questioned me?! She pulled out a recording device and asked questions like we are criminals. The vehicle was insured under my son's name, but with me as regular driver. (I used the bakkie weekends and afternoons.) She accused him of being under the influence of alcohol. There was no blood tests! She then wanted to know where he was BEFORE the accident, she wanted to go to the shops to see if he was on the CCTV. She said that if he was not on the CCTV, it means he was drinking before the time. The shops does not have CCTV. My son had to tell her how to get to the shops, she could not find it. What level of investigator is she? If she cant even find the shops. We gave her a clear address. She then went to my neighbours to interview them. I don't even know (or like) my neighbours!! After this she went to my work place to ask if I drive the bakkie. The interesting thing is 'my people were on holiday'. She claimed that someone told her that I do not drive the bakkie.
