Incompetence and False information

Had a accident where a bakkie drove into my bakkie. Outsurance then did the assessment and declared my bakkie a write off as it is uneconomical to repair.
They could not even give the correct tyre size of my bakkie,
They said i have damage of under R10K yet they" write off "a car which i can easily sell for R45K as a private sale.
I would recommend everyone to stay away from these people.
I definitely will not continue supporting such clowns and if you do, you were warned!!!
