I am utterly disgusted with Woolworth Insurance - I am being forced to wait 4 to 5 working days for feedback on my claim - they do not even bother to pick up a phone and tell me this, I need to be kept hanging on a string waiting to hear from them or phone myself. Why is it I need to wait so long for a simple answer - I pay them a substantial amount every month (all 3 of my vehicles and my household is insured through them) and never keep them waiting. I am further disgusted that when I logged my claim I was told that goods in transit are covered despite me explaining multiple times to the person on the call that the goods were not in transit. Woolworths insurance proves that they are just another greedy insurance company that takes your premiums but does not pay up when the time comes and shows zero empathy toward the fact that the person claiming is in a state of shock due to loss - pathetic and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about the entire Woolworths Group. Now I need to be 4-5 working days without my goods or an answer on whether my claim will be covered, the way I feel now I am so disgusted and upset in Woolworths insurance and want to take further action.
