Hi

I am a very unhappy customer with the person dealing with my claim at Woolworths insurance. I called Woolworths insurance to submit a claim on 05/09/2013 and spoke to Roxy. Immediately after the call I sent her an email with all the relevant information required. The consultant did not acknowldge receipt of my email. I called again on 06/09/2013 to find out whether she had received the email, but the person that picked up my call could not confirm receipt of my email as there were no notes on the system... really? It's been 48hrs and still no feedback regarding my claim!! I have been distraught from losing my personal belongings and I certainly didn't expect this kind of service from the company that I have been paying my hard earned money to for 2 years. This is really shocking service, I dont think I would ever recommend Woolworths insurance to any of my friends and family.
