What is going on there!!!

For sake how long does a person need to hold before someone answers the bloddy phone? i mean i have been mugged and to sit on the phone for 1h30 for someone to pick up the phone is reduculours. i have been trying to get hole of woolworths insurance since 16:15 really now? is woolworths that busy? i dont think so. if no one wants to work please hire people that needs the job as we paying to get a service yet we dont
