How long does it take to get a car repaired

Last year my car was one of the victims of the freak hail storm in Edenvale. They could only get a panel beater to take the car in on the 26 February 2013. The car has been with the panel beater since that date. It is now the 3 April and I am the only person who is doing the enquiring. The service is nothing short of pathetic. I will inconvenienced and expected the pay the full excess on the return of the motor vehicle. This is after I have been with them for over 10 years.
