This is a a complaint based on what is called company policy.
After working for Direct Axis for 6 years being my first employer and having grown within the company, I found myself wanting to move on.
Being a major organization which pride it self on growth I am very surprised that it is a company policy not provide references for ex employees which basically means that a company that looked portrays to look after their employees whilst in the company as well as these employees rendered their services for years on end have nothing to show for it as any prospective future employer would require a reference before employing anyone.
Because of this company policy I am at a road block as no company wants to employ me because of Direct Axis policy which basically forcing anyone working there under any condition whether it be good or bad can't not resign as the will not be able to find alternative employment due to this policy.

I feel with this in mind it defeats the the values that the company stands for.
