I cancelled my insurance with Innovation Group on the 07th January 2013. They gave me a cancellation reference number but they continue to debit my account every month. I called the call centre several times with confirmation that my insurance is cancelled but they continue to bill me. I called them to ask for someone who can cancel the debit orders and also refund my money for the months after I cancelled the account. I have left several messages for a person to call me back to resolve the issue. I was informed that Rika can help me but she does not take calls directly from clients. They are also not allowed to give me her telephone number, as clients are not allowed to call her directly. I was informed that she only respond to the call centre agents who will then call back. Since I left messages, no one has ever bothered to call me back. Recently when I call, I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes and then put through to a telephone voice message system. The attitude in the call centre is also bad. They do not care about satisfying customers.
