Insurance cancelled but still expected to pay

Good afternoon

Earlier this month I wrote a complaint about FNB Insurance brokers - and they responded saying that they will call me back to resolve the problem. I am still waiting for them to call and they sent me a reminder to inform me that a debit order will be going off soon - I do not want the policy that is why I cancelled it!!! What kind of people are FNB Insurance brokers? Since the departure of Jordaan, FNB thrives on taking its customers for a ride.

I tried calling them again - you wont get anybody to assist you in their call centre - whether you leave a message or not - Now I must go into a branch to cancel something taht I have been trying to cancel for weeks now!! I am going to close my account - first thing tomorrow morning - so much for their so-called help is useless. Goodbye FNB - I know you do not need my business - otherwise you would treat me with respect.

I know they will respond and pretend to care - they do not fool me!
