Debited a higher amount than agreed contractually

I was contacted by miway (consultant Armstrong) to change my car insurance over to them with promises of a reduced rate. I was initially quoted 867.42. This amount was changed to around 925 and I was told that if I installed a tracking device then the amount would be recalculated and go down again. I agreed, Installed netstar early warning system (which debited 253.51) and forwarded the documents to Miway. I spoke to Jeanette in this regard and my insurance premium then rose to 1176.13 after recalculation and this amount was debited from my account. She said she'd call me back and fix it but never did. I called Miway and spoke to my original consultant (Armstrong) whom I even referred a friend to with the hope that their claim that you get rewards for bringing in clients would help my rate, but I was shifted around in customer service. I still haven't heard from them and ALAS. I should have stayed with my previous insurer because I'm paying more with this rate and the netstar installed. Very Sad. Very Disappointed. I was excited about the promises made!
To add to this, I haven't received a single email with my insurance information as agreed. Someone should fix this.
