MIWAY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIARS

I first phone in for a quote, i never accepted cause the premium was higher than my current insurance, they then phoned me back on Mandela's birthday saying they are giving extra discounts due to this special day, they then quoted me a much much lower price based on the same info supplied, now that i had to claim as someone reversed into me, they come with all stories, they cant find me on previous insurance and so on, when i told them that i had been on my ex fiance's company insurance, they then used the excuse all non excess clients policies have been changed to a excess and today the call i received i was told because of the information i supplied yet the very first time i was quoted it was the same info, i was given that permium due to the discounted rates, the guy that spoke to me just um ah at me, very unprofessional and disrespectful, MIWAY IS A!!! i was told that nothing would change!! I should have stayed with First for women, Miway keeps changing the excuses!!! oh lets not forget how they took the liberty of changing my policy without my consent!
